Pandemic "Easing"
Many of The PubScout's most recent stories were put on the back burner due to the "pandemic." That makes sense, if you think about it. What good is it to publish stories about great beer and food places when folks are restricted from visiting them? Thankfully, those restrictions are now easing, and beer and food lovers can visit and enjoy them.
One such place--Fermental-- was recently moved to the "front burner" by the good folks at Wilmington Today. You can read it here, under "Can There Be a Best of Anything?"
Being named the Best Beer Bar in North Carolina is of no small significance, so when the Brewers Association, the nation’s largest trade group of craft brewers, suppliers, distributors and beer retailers, named Wilmington’s Fermental in March 2020, yours truly just HAD to visit.
