Break Out The Bruges Cheese

Enamored as i have been and still am with many of Sam Calagione's beer creations, I greeted this news with a heightened sense of expectancy. And having wandered among and savored Classic Rodenbach beer beneath those towering foeders, I can only wait with bated breath to see what emerges from this pending collaboration.

What legendary beer icon, Beerhunter Michael Jackson called "the world's most refreshing beer," Rodenbach beer is truly unique, especially that which comes directly from the brewery taps. If you're a sour lover, you'll think you're in heaven. Rodenbach's and Dogfish Head's brewers are about to put their heads together, and, based on past performance, beer lovers will be the beneficiaries.

Will they be using "Bruges Cheese" in the fermentation process?

We'll just have to wait and see,

Cheers!
