Make High Point the High Point of Your Earth Day

Earth Day is celebrated on April 22, and I just got the official notice about where I'm spending mine. Greg Zaccardi told me about a special beer coming out soon when his excellent maibock debuted last month, and here it is:

WELCOME OUR 2OTH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATORY BEER Hello all, just sending out an email to introduce our 20th Anniversary Celebrator Beer. This beer is a one of a kind, stronger version of our Double Platinum Blonde, partially fermented with French Champagne yeast. Tremendously complex and flavorful, this is Weiss Beer boosted to a new level. The rich and spicy aromas intertwine with intense flavors of barley and wheat. Then a subtle note of champagne shines in the finish. The 20th Anniversary Beer will be available for growler fills and by glass in our taproom. Limited Edition Anniversary t-shirts will also be sold on-site throughout the season. Time and Date: Debuting Saturday, April 22nd from 1PM – 5PM. Available for remainder of 2017 season. Location: High Point Brewery located at, 22 Park Place, Butler, NJ 07405. Why: This beer is brewed especially in celebration of our 20th anniversary.

What a blessing! One-fifth of a century...that's quite a milestone for a brewery that has consistently put out quality German-style beers, and which is so well known for quality, just finding a parking space for releases like this is tough.
