My friends over at Life in Brunswick County have just published my review of a great local place to eat in the OIB, Sunset Beach, Shallotte area. Called The Causeway Gourmet, it's a favorite of many of the locals I know and bend an elbow with, and I apologize in advance for giving away "our secret."
Don't expect fancy-schmancy--just really good food at reasonable prices.
And isn't that the main reason to go to a restaurant?
